Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about this freelancer CRM — what it automates, who it is for, and how to start.

Where do offers come from?

After you connect Gmail or Outlook/Hotmail, Sunary keeps the messages it recognizes as job offers. You can also paste a LinkedIn message or a job link with Add opportunity. Sunary reads that text or page and fills the same card.

Which email providers are supported?

Gmail and Outlook/Hotmail.

Does Sunary read all my emails?

It scans the connected mailbox to find job offers. Emails that are not identified as opportunities are not added to your workspace.

What does it do with missing skills?

It compares the offer with your CV and marks skills that are not on the CV yet. Optimize CV can surface experience you already have. It does not invent skills or jobs.

Can Sunary send replies automatically?

No. It drafts a reply from a shortcut such as Interested. You review it, then you send it.

Can I disconnect my mailbox anytime?

Yes. Disconnect the mailbox whenever you want. Opportunities that came from that inbox are removed. Connecting the same address again starts a new scan.

What email data is stored?

For each detected opportunity: sender, subject, message body, and extracted fields such as title, pay, location and skills. The mailbox connection is kept so sync can continue until you disconnect.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can unlink your mailbox from the app at any time. The current terms do not add a refund.

What is Sunary?

Sunary organizes the jobs you are pursuing. It turns an email, a pasted LinkedIn message, or a job link into a structured opportunity, shows skills missing from your CV, helps you tailor that CV, and drafts a reply you review before sending.

Who is Sunary for?

Anyone tracking job offers from email, LinkedIn, or the web who wants one view of what is in progress, what the CV is missing, and what to send next.

What does Sunary extract from a recruiter email?

Job title, location, work mode, compensation when it is stated, skills, company, duration, languages, and a short summary. The same fields are filled when you paste a LinkedIn message or a job link.

What do the action badges mean?

Needs response means a reply is expected. Apply on platform means the next step is on an external site. No action required means nothing is waiting on you.

Can I add my own reply shortcuts?

Yes. Besides Interested, Not interested, Need more info and Short reply, you can add custom shortcuts — up to 8.

The next offer does not have to sit in another tab.

Bring it in from email, a LinkedIn message, or a job link. Sunary keeps the skills, the CV, and the reply in one place.
