What you will do

  • Open the Opportunities tab
  • Search, sort, and filter the list
  • Read a card, including grouped offers from one email

Open the list

Open Opportunities. The list shows opportunities Sunary detected from your mailbox, plus any you added yourself. A card you added shows Added by you.

If the list is empty and no filters are hiding rows, you will see No opportunities and No opportunities yet. Add the first one yourself. Choose Create new opportunity. If filters hide every row, the line is No opportunities match the selected filters.

  1. Use the search field: Search by title, client, agency, keyword…
  2. Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on a Mac) to focus search.
  3. Choose Add opportunity to create one by hand. On a narrow screen the same action is the + button. See Add and edit an opportunity.

Quick filters

Chips above the list:

  • Open
  • Unread
  • In progress
  • Archived

Each chip shows a count. An unread card has a dot. Archived cards are marked Archived.

Filters

  1. Open Filters. A count appears on the button when filters are active. On a phone the same panel opens as a drawer. ✕ closes it.
  2. Each choice applies immediately. Sections:
  • Platform — LinkedIn, Email, Other
  • Status — New, In progress, Archived
  • Location — values found on your cards. Empty: No locations yet
  • Job type — On-site, Full remote, Hybrid
  • Tags / Stack — skills found on your cards. Empty: No stack tags yet
  • Client / Agency — clients and agencies on your cards. Empty: No clients or agencies yet
  • Date received — Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days

Location, job type, stack, client, and date sections can be collapsed.

  1. Choose Reset filters to clear the drawer.

Sort and pages

Sort is Newest first or Oldest first.

When the list is long, page controls sit under the cards. The label is the current page and the total, such as 1 / 3.

Several offers in one email

When one email contains more than one offer, the extra cards stay folded. The toggle reads + N other offer in this email or + N other offers in this email. Open it to see each title. Show less folds them again.

Inside an open opportunity, chips at the top switch between those offers. An archived sibling is stamped Archived.

What a card shows

Each row can show:

  • Job title
  • Relative date, such as when the email arrived
  • Company or agency, as the avatar initials and the line under the title
  • A match percent, such as 72% match, when a CV exists
  • Badges: Unread, In progress, Archived, Apply on platform, No action required
  • Location, work mode, rate, and duration
  • Added by you when you created the card
  • Stack tags. Extra tags collapse behind a +N count

Open a card to read the full brief. See Read an opportunity.

Stack versus your profile

If a CV or profile exists, the match percent and the stack colors come from that comparison. A hover title can show Coverage as a percent, plus a short evidence line when Sunary has one. The workspace still works if you skipped the CV. See Profile and CV.

The next offer does not have to sit in another tab.

Bring it in from email, a LinkedIn message, or a job link. Sunary keeps the skills, the CV, and the reply in one place.
